Fresno Spine & Sport believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care. Our office participates in some insurance programs. Insurance
- We are considered Out of Network providers. Patients can call their insurance provider to see if chiropractic is covered in your Out of Network policy. If your insurance policy includes chiropractic we will ask for payment at the time of service then bill your insurance.
No Insurance
- For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, payment will be expected at the time of service.
